Summer School Valedictorians: The NIT running thread

I didn't see a thread for the annual Battle for No. 66.

Kentucky and UNLV currently matching up in the 1990s Probation Bowl, hosted in what appears to be a converted shoebox.

 

Watching Big Blue mope up and down a home court with volleyball lines makes me giggly all over. Watching UAB squander all its talent one final time, not so much.

 

So that's what it would look like if Kentucky played in the America East.

 

Only one more hour until Wazzu spits the bit.

The Davidson game was pretty good. I enjoyed watching Curry go off, even if it wasn't in the big show.

 

They're playing at Memorial because Rupp is hosting the state high school tournament.

Sweet Tebow, they played in that barn until 1976?

 

I really hope Billy Clyde rented his place in Lexington, because I think he'll be moving soon.

 

EDIT: State tourney begins tomorrow.

And yes, Memorial was Kentucky's home until 76.

I was wondering why Big Blue and Vegas was in old Memorial Gym. I always wanted to see what it would be like to see an actual game in there, much like tOSU last year at St. John's Arena when the Boss was at Value City Arena.
