Stupid and/or annoying statements in sports

    I wrote a column about this not long ago. How about:

    A) Anybody could have won a championship with that team

    B) He/she only won because they had (the departed coach's) players

    C) Forget the (insert championship game here), this is the real championship

  12. I watched a bit of the draft on the NFL network and there was one asshole (Mayock) who kept saying the prospects would be "clean off the field" - about every fucking pick - and I still have no idea what the fuck it means.
