He dumps wife No. 1, the one who waited for him while he was in prison, while she's wheelchair-bound in order to marry the trophy-bimbo beer heiress he'd been boffing. She bankrolls his entire career. Her father hires him after he gets out of the Navy. She helps him buy his congressional seat, and his senatorial seat. She flies with him on Charlie Keating's personal jet. She pushes the family's net worth well past that of the Clintons. And THIS is the thanks she gets? Even granting that she was probably buzzed from the painkillers she'd stolen from disabled veterans and probably didntt hear it, there's not a lot of Honor in this story, I'm thinking.
