Just like Browns players, the ability to play football at a high level is not mandatory to land this job. You'll work your way up to scout team QB in no time, kid.

When I have applied for jobs with professional teams before I usually get an e-mail saying that Someone has been hired. Usually an automated message. I've never gotten an interview so I'm not sure how the process works if you are being considered.

Could be waiting until early summer. If they didn't hire before the draft, they might be shutting it down for a while.

Did the Browns go outside or did they hire in-house for this one?
