I have yet to try an anti-spyware program that works.
Every one I have ever tried the people responsible for spyware have found a way around it.
Is there a 100 percent foolproof anti-spyware program that nobody can ever find a way around?

Rosie hits on the Norton dilemma ... halfway, to my thinking.

Since I've had Norton on this system, I know it's saved me several times from nasty viruses. And it hasn't missed anything.

But I'm also sure that it slows down my PC every minute it's on.

Norton worked wonders on the old Macs ... FWIW.

  4. Let's say someone read your post, stumbled upon the "view cookies" and then accidentally deleted 'all cookies' within a few seconds. What would happen then? Just out of curiosity.

    He'd be cookieless.

He would have "lost his cookies."

The most obvious impact would be losing saved passwords.
