My subscription to my spyware is running out. Anyone in IT or with specialized knowledge have any suggestions?

You have to give more info that that.

    What OS are you running?

(And what makes you think IT can help?)

I give my cookies a once-over every few days and clean out all the ones that don't look like they're storing any password info. Those are a pain in the ass to track down once your IT guy comes in to "fix" your computer.

I installed Norton 360 v 2.0 on my new desktop and laptop, and have been VERY pleased.

AVG. And also install Adaware. All free. All updated weekly.
You will never have a problem.

    No, no, no on Norton!

It's a resource hog and it misses too much.

I have AVG, Ad-Aware and Spybot.

I like the Spybot product. There is some overlap in those three, though.
But all three can certainly keep you clean.

Oh, there's definitely overlap. But I'd rather have that than gaps. :)
