    I was offered this job seven years ago. The pay would have been $20,500 a year. Needless to say, I said no thanks. Newton is a nice area and the prep sports is excellent. But this the ONE is a one-person shop. If there is any Panthers or Bobcats coverage it would be on your own time. I doubt if the pay has gotten much better.
