Sports editor/assistant editor, Rantoul Press

This full time, hourly position will require writing sports news as well as hard news, photography and page layout. Journalism degree or equivalent newspaper experience required. InDesign experience a plus. Fringe benefits include health, dental and life insurance; sick leave; vacation pay; and 401k pension plan.

The Rantoul Press is a weekly newspaper serving Rantoul Illinois and surrounding communities in East Central Illinois. It is a division of News-Gazette Media which operates other print, digital and broadcast products in the same market out of Champaign, IL.
