The News-Sun, Kendallville, an 8,600-circulation seven-day-a-week award-winning newspaper, is looking for an energetic high school sports reporter for our two-person department. We focus on local sports, working with two neighboring sister dailies (and two additional staff members) to cover 14 high schools and a small college in the four-county region of northeastern Indiana. Job involves photography and pagination, so knowledge of digital photography and Quark Xpress is a plus. This is a family-owned company and a great place to start your career. We offer competitive pay, 401(k) and other benefits. Send resume, clips and references to David Vantress, davidv@kpcnews.net or to P.O. Box 39, Kendallville, IN 46755. The opening will be filled quickly.
