    They're part of Shaw now, and their partnership is with the DeKalb paper, not the Northwest Herald.

    Yeah, if you applied you actually sent a resume to the DeKalb Daily-Chronicle and they forwarded it to whomever. I worked at the The Daily Chronicle during college and it was recently acquired in the last year by Shaw.

    Was told the SE was on vacation this week and they'll get interviews and whatnot rolling here soon. They had a lot of overqualified candidates for this position.

    No idea, but I would think college grads like myself don't have a shot.
