Sports editors/prep editors - I need your help

How many of you are doing pages for individual high schools in your coverage area on your Web site?
Is it a huge pain in the fanny? Is the return worth it?
Is there software, a program, something you are using to make it happen? Or is it all done in-house?
Does your Web team handle it or your preps team?
What papers are already doing this, and doing a good job?

during football season, all three high schools have their own separate page. The only other time I do it is when we do a pre-season tab (football, basketball, spring sports).
