The Daily Citizen, a 5,600 circulation award-winning daily newspaper in central Arkansas, is seeking a talented and hard-working individual to lead our sports department. Duties involve writing captivating sports content and utilizing strong photo and design skills. A positive attitude, passion, attention to detail, teamwork and willingness to be coached is a must. InDesign and Photoshop skills are required, and online and social networking skills are a plus. The Daily Citizen covers nine local high schools, and one Division II university. Searcy is an excellent community located about an hour north of Little Rock, on the edge of the Ozarks. The Citizen offers competitive benefits. Send your resume and cover letter to Editor Jacob Brower at jbrower@thedailycitizen.com, or jwbrower@yahoo.com.

I believe this job was posted back toward the first of the year or somewhere in that time frame if I'm not mistaken. Wonder if its open again or was just never filled?
