    Job Description: The Kingman Leader-Courier, a family-owned and award-winning newspaper, seeks an energetic and multimedia-minded sports editor. Our coverage area includes two high schools and two junior highs within the school district, as well as a private school and one other county high school. We are looking for someone that has an engaging writing style and photography, video and layout skills are a huge plus. Responsibilities include posting to our award-winning website and social media accounts. Competitive salary plus benefits.

    I used to work for a group of papers about 20 miles to the east. Seems like a solid gig. Jason Jump, the publisher, seems like good people. It's south-central Kansas, but you're 45 minutes from the west side of Wichita at least.
