    The Duluth News Tribune, a Forum Communications newspaper, seeks a Sports Editor to lead coverage, design and production of our daily sports section. Coverage of local high school and small college sports, Division I college hockey, a marathon that’s among the top 15 in participation in the U.S. and extreme sports are priorities.
    The ideal candidate is an aggressive, enterprising assigning editor as well as a creative page designer and top-notch line editor. Candidate should have a proven record as a team player who can bring together people of diverse skills and interests to achieve the common goal of producing a high-quality, reader-friendly sports section on deadline. This position is full-time, primarily afternoons and evenings, including some weekends. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package.
