    It's safe to say Spiezio didn't assault his neighbor with a bat, because if he had he wouldn't have connected.

    Actually, I'm pretty sure he's divorced for a year or so now. Regardless, I feel for him. He's got his personal issues but he's not a bad guy. Hope he can find a way to pull it together and not spiral out of control.
