Seriously, any idea how many times this job has been open in the last five years? It's got to be some kind of record.

He was out on a date with Roswell.

Martinsville would have been my guess.

It's definitely Martinsville. They've advertised their SE job like this several times, plus they're the only daily newspaper I know of that accepts job applications via a free Yahoo account.

It doesn't need to be said, but I'll say it: Stay Away.

I know to stay away, and I wouldn't want to work in Martinsville anyway, but what are the horror stories?

From what I heard, the ME is a beast to work for. I've never heard any actual "horror" stories, but the job does open up three times a year for a reason, I suppose.

Roswell does the same thing, IIRC.

    Things to do in Martinsville:

    1) Karaoke bar.

    2) Bowling alley.

    I believe that covers it.

    3) Contemplate what in the hell you did wrong in your life to deserve that much of an asskicking from karma.

Seriously. That last answer intrigues me. Please, someone either post or PM me some details. My curiosity is piqued.
