South Park misses deadline

    I guess newspapers aren't the only business where technology can shit the bed and deadlines can be difficult to meet. For the first time in the show's history, South Park's creators missed their deadline and the show didn't air. They blamed a power outage.

    I've been meaning to watch the short documentary about how they're able to pull off such short production schedules. I started re-watching the show on Hulu, and I kind of like the old seasons better, when everything wasn't so up-to-the-minute topical. I love the random absurdism of the early seasons.
