Some writers of letters to the editor are stupid ... this is worse

    Why would a newspaper run a letter like that? Just to make fun of the woman?

    Seriously. I don't understand why that letter would be run on a serious letters page. It's so obviously illogical, the only reason I can see for it is it's pure comedic value, but you don't typically see things on the letters page that are there for their comedic value.

    Even though it is hysterically funny.
