I think most people could swing that price.

Gives new meaning to "fix'er up'er".

Just out of curiosity, Poin, where the hell do you find this stuff?

Surprised they're getting that much... it's about a mile from the site of old Olympia Stadium

Eh, things that interest me, I like to post here. I went through the Muslim phase, the Jesse Jackson phase, the female teacher/male student phase.... What's happened (and will happen) in the real estate market this century absolutely fascinates me. You can find so much information on the net thru BLOGS! and other sources, it's incredible.

I remember some cities trying to sell foreclosed houses for $1 a while back in an attempt at urban homesteading. Don't know how those projects ever worked out.

I saw this listing posted on Fark, but at the time it was $10.

I would love to go into the real estate office and haggle over this one.

But some lucky ReMax agent is going to make thirty cents commission if they can get full price, so they'll probably hold pretty firm.

Sure, it's only $5 but you've got other expenses -- like hiring a couple burly stevedores to roust out the crack addicts.

I think I saw a "Rabbits: Pet or Food" sign in the back of the picture.
