    Oh I remember it well. My car was stolen and recovered, however I didn't notify PennDot that it had been recovered, and I was pulled over and asked to put my hands out of the window because cop thought I was driving a stolen vehicle. Got all kinds of fines, all of which were dropped once the paperwork got sorted out.
