Softball scoring question

    Why do I always have to share credit with Doubleday? My idea, and he takes all the glory.
    Screw Cooperstown...we started the sport in Hoboken, NJ.

    Hell, no. But in Hoboken, there's a bar on every corner. Game's a lot more fun that way.

    All right, asshole, maybe you can now explain why a fly ball that should be caught, but doesn't touch the glove, is scored a hit every time it drops. But a ground ball that should be fielded yet doesn't touch the glove is scored an error every time.
