    The dude who played Poot auditioned for the part of Wee-Bey and they told him he was too short. So they made up the Poot character for him.

    On the IMDB trivia page for The Wire it is amazing to see how many people auditioned for other characters.

    Season 4 will break your fucking heart, man. The scene with Randy and Carver in the hospital ... just brutal.
