SNL: Now with more bad sketches!

    The balloon bit was funny, but it would have been funnier if they had that balloon wafting in the background of all of its sketches, then in the final sketch have a character say "enough" and shoot the thing down.

    The thing is, there are usually parts of every episode that are still funny. Update is usually funny.

    Last season was pretty consistently good, though mostly due to the election stuff and a couple of show-stealing hosts.

    This week's episode was pretty decent, despite the tone of this thread.

    I watched SNL last night for the first time in years. Well, let me rephrase that - I tried to watch it. What a waste of time it was.

    The sketch about the alien hosting the sports show fucking slayed me. Bill Hader is just about the only thing SNL has going right now.
