Didn't see an SNL thread for last week, so I'll simply put it here -- the guy who did Denzel Washington working the Macy's counter was outstanding. One of the best impersonations I've seen on SNL in quite some time. From the voice to the facial expressions to moving his hands and how he clapped, that guy had Denzel down pat.

Loved that skit so much, I rewound it to watch it two more times when I watched it on DVR. And just watched it one more time before zapping it tonight.

I dug it to - I hope it's a regular thing - they didn't scratch the surface of what he could do with that impression. Denzel moderates a debate, Denzel buys Girl Scout cookies, Denzel interviews a job candidate...

I liked the initial idea of the "Mom's New Boyfriend Show," but they blew it out using Jane Lynch and using just about every joke they could wring from the premise. Could have been a regular thing as well.

I agree the guy who does Denzel is outstanding.

Just watched the Denzel clip. He was terrific as Will Smith, too, a few weeks ago.

With Jane Lynch hosting I had high hopes for the Glee skit ... then in came Kristen Wiig as Gilley, and it was shot to hell.

They need a sketch with the new guy doing Denzel and Hader doing Pacino.
