You're awesome. You ready to accuse me of racism or something similar, but as soon as you think it's a white guy, you're rooting for it to be a militia member.

    How so?

When the Ft. Hood shooting happened, there was an early report (before they had released his name) that his name was "Arabic sounding".

People went nuts that someone would report that.

That's why I wrote, "white guy". But I doubt anyone will be offended by my guess at his race.

Where was the panic? I was correct that it was intentional.

The building has government offices. Terrorism isn't a far leap.

Is speculation out of bounds? Was it an irrational thought?

Nope. Could definitely be a Tea Party type thing.

You've sounded like a grade-A hyperventilating moron throughout this thread.

If someone intentionally targets a big office building -- one with government offices -- I don't think you have to have connections to AQ, or be in contact with an Imam in Yemen, for it to be considered terrorism.

But people still want to say that the Ft. Hood shooting wasn't terrorism.

I commend you for remaining so calm. Well done. I want you on my team in a crisis.

I mean, honestly. Do planes slam into buildings every day?

All I did was point out that the circumstances made it look intentional. Correctly.

With the early reports that the building housed IRS, FBI & CIA offices, it's not irrational to think it might be terrorism.

He still may have selected the building because of the offices there.

Seems like a pretty lame terrorist attack -- thankfully.

It would be nice if that was different from the usual...
