Sleep clinic

    For full disclosure, when I first got it, my doctor set me up with a 3-month supply of Ambien along with it.

    It took the Ambien to get me past the claustrophobic phase and get me to sleep the first couple of weeks. Then I had to kick the Ambien habit, but now it's all mask, all the time.

    I don't have claustrophobia problems, it's just uncomfortable enough that it's hard to sleep.

    Sounds similar to my machine, though I have to press a button to turn it on or off. I haven't had a night with bad stats yet, which is a hell of an improvement. It is reassuring to see the stats when I wake up.
