  1. It's Drip, so he was there with Joe Bryant. Wallenda's family sent over drinks.

The real story was that Karl was coming over from his hotel to meet them for drinks on
    Drips balcony when he fell.

When did Discovery turn into a big, steaming pile of shit with virtually no intelligent or interesting programming? While I didn't give a shit about the highwire act, it was sophisticated compared to Naked and Afraid or whatever batch of diarrhea that was that came after.

The North America series was good if you hit mute, Mythbusters is still fun and that's pretty much it that I find remotely entertaining.

You're right. It was Puerto Rico. Thanks for correcting me.
    Boom, were you born then?

He had more balls than Evel Knievel.

Wallenda is now a 1st ballot Hall of Famer

Some of the helicopter camera angles put the shit into perspective. It was dizzying at times.

The wire is so thick there was, in fact, little to no chance of him dying. Unless someone in the helicopter attacked him with a baseball bat. However, it was more impressive than the Niagara Falls crossing.

  10. Nothing ever goes bad on a wire.
