I was a whiz with a VCR. Actually, give me two VCRs and I could create a fantastic video highlight reel for you.

As for matchbooks, I still see them at restaurants from time to time. Picked up some about a month ago, actually.

I knew a guy once who not only recorded every single episode of The Simpsons on VHS tapes, but then used another VCR to copy them while editing out all the commercials. He could fit almost an entire season on one tape. Almost. I think, at last count, he had three dozen tapes. He won't get rid of them no matter how many different formats you can now get them in.

I just tried to write a sentence in cursive and it's completely illegible. Definitely something I haven't used since high school.

My second-grader is going to learn cursive writing in school this year.

These days, when I take notes during an interview it's a mix of cursive and non-cursive letters. If I wait a few days to type up my notes, I'm like, 'What the hell is that supposed to say?'

I can do a spot on impression of Hank Hill from King of the Hill.

Doesn't impress high schoolers like it used to.

Hank Hill impressions had a little bit of a comeback two summers ago with that TURN DOWN FOR HWAT remix.

As for me, I was a real wiz with QuarkXPress a decade+ ago. Wrote my own HTML for my personal website in the 90s.

I took a few elocution courses as a young man.
As much to pick up women as whatever half-ass dream I had at the time of becoming a voice actor.
