According to all Yahoo pickers, the heaviest favorite is Boise State over East Carolina (95 percent picked Boise) and USC over Illinois (89). I'm surprised that only 80 percent pick Kentucky over depleted Florida State.

The more confident you are of one team beating the other the more confidence points you give it.

For example, I have South Florida over Oregon as my 32-point pick and Georgia over Hawaii as my 1-point pick because those are the two games I'm most and least confident about.
