SINGLES: What's your dealbreaker?

You're in the getting-to-know-you stage ... what do you find that makes you walk away?

Usually for me, it's smokers. Won't go near 'em. No offence to anyone who is one, it just ain't my bag.

I found a new one, though. Getting to know a new PLI, I learn he's a Jehovah's Witness. I never thought religion would be a dealbreaker. Apparently, it is.

Believing in 9/11 conspiracy theories (really just stupidity in general).

Personality.

A lady can be the absolute nicest person when she's around me, my family and friends, but then I see another side of her when we're with her family or friends.

The last girlfriend was kinda like that, and I just couldn't deal.

That and smoking, especially since the ex was a "trying-to-quit" smoker who never could seem to break the habit.

I always thought smoking was a dealbreaker, but the current GF is a smoker. She's cut down considerably since we've been dating (about four months now) and a recent illness has her trying to quit. I'm obviously quite encouraging of that. She's gone five days without a cig so far, so that's a start.
