Monson did Minnesota a big favor after last night's pimp smackdown at the hands of Clemson. Williams Arena never looked so empty for a game...

And Glen Mason lives for another year...

Man, you talk about a bad career move (except for the money). Monson established Gonzaga's program, right? Now Gonzaga is easily one of the top 10 programs in the country, and Minnesota is nothing. Wow.

If Mark Few jumps ship at the end of the year, maybe he can get his old job back.

Getting smacked around by 22 to Clemson at home is always a sure sign you've lost your team.....

Would be much better if the title of this thread read:
Monson: Sid Hartman will resign today

Denny Green, Lou Holtz, Bud Grant, John Guteknecht (sp), and Mike Tice are confirming that Sid Hartman will resign. When they pry that pen out of his cold dead hands.

Oh wait, it is freezing up in the Twin Cities (14 degrees)! We can rip that pen out of his hands right now...

Sid gets any older, it's going to be like Montgomery Burns

When he dies, I want Sid's Rolodex!

Armchair, Sid didn't say anything about Steve.

I'll leave that to Mike Hlas and Sean Keeler, but I think Marc Hansen should re-take the role of chief antagonist. I'm waiting for Iowa to lose to ISU, UNI, and go 0-3 in the B-10 before the crows comes out.

He won't be able to sit back and enjoy it like his old coach said to do. :)
