So, my new kitty has an ear infection, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to care for it sans dropping $200 for antibiotics/vet call..........

If its going to cost $200 for the vet call and the medicine then find a new vet. That's way overpriced (yes, I am a cat owner too)

I had an idea this thread would be about a cat and not a ... well ... pussycat. ;)

This site may have some useful info:

I didn't... On this board, there has to be a catch somewhere...

This reminds me of one of the Dysfunctional Family Circus ripoffs, which are actually pretty good and arguably better than the DFC's best. One of the comics had Kittycat sitting on top of the Keene Family's old-ass TV, and Dolly points to it all angry and says "Billy lied! He told me there was pussy on TV!"

    Now that's high comedy.

Good link, but they really should learn how to spell "ear."

I've got nothing against cats. But I can't believe this thread has been up for 90 minutes and has yet to get its first "rock, bag and a river" reference.
