Should Mark Prior just retire?

A couple weeks ago Baker left him in the game, leading by five, in the rain and having thrown 110-plus pitches.

 

Fucking brilliant.

 

I saw him pitch one of his final college games, just before the draft. Stood by the fence in the bullpen, with about 50 scouts, and you could literally hear his pitches hissing through the air as he warmed up. It was one of the most impressive things I've ever seen in college athletics.

 

If I were Prior, I'd keep "playing" until the paychecks stopped coming.
