    AP ...

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) _ A 13-year-old choked and beat his 8-year-old brother to death because the younger boy ate a dessert and the older one worried he would be blamed, authorities said Wednesday.

Demetrius Key was arrested on first-degree murder. The boys' mother, Tangela Key, told police she was visiting a cousin nearby and left him in charge of Levares Key and other younger siblings Saturday.

    No.

Probably has a mental issue or two going on inside his head.

I have a feeling it would scare most of us to death to know some of the things that happened to this young man as he was growing up.

He'll be out of juvy in a couple of years, so if you cross paths, don't order dessert.

No, the kid shouldn't. But the mother probably should be locked up for raising kids who would kill each other.

If the kid is mentally ill, is that really her fault, though?

I'm surprised the two boys actually had the same last name.
