    How about sanitary restrictions?

As far as admitting privileges, that'd be fine, as long as hospitals were required to provide them for any qualified doctor and were not allowed to reject them because they perform abortions, even it goes against the hospital's religion. Deal?

Dead children aren't enough impetus for policy change. That's been well-established.

    It's disheartening, isn't it?

Partial birth abortion has been established to be infanticide, and yet the pro-choice crowd, led by groups like NARAL Pro-Choice America, will fight any policy change that will put restrictions on the procedure.

Partial-birth abortion has been illegal since 2003.
