    old tony is right on. Lio ran in our paper for three weeks before we took it out. Awful, awful, awful stuff.

    The last great comics were Calvin and Hobbes (who could forget Calvin's comic book hero, Captain Napalm?) and The Far Side. Gary Larson was a friggin' genius.

    "Zits" is the only thing that has me looking at the comics page anymore.

    It's up there with "Calvin and Hobbes," "The Far Side" and "Bloom County"

    I like Zits but the only one I read with any kind of regularity is Sherman's Lagoon.

    Yeah, Zits is pretty funny (Jeremy ticketed for driving by a chick's house 58 times was hilarious!). I wish we had FoxTrot in our paper. Forgot that one.

    FoxTrot is a Sunday-only strip now, which is disappointing, but at least it's being kept alive in some form, so maybe it'll come back in 7-day form.

    Get Fuzzy and Zits are two of the best strips out there.
    Is Opus still running or has he gone the way of Bloom County and Outland?
