Shirt in or out? Men?

Discussion in 'Anything goes' started by WaylonJennings, Oct 18, 2007.

  1. Life's big question here.

Is it now completely unfashionable to tuck your shirt in?

Or is the shirt-out look going to be the bell bottoms of the 2000s?

    Thoughts?

    Ladies, you chime in, too!

Unless I'm wearing a suit, out.

Unless a tie is required, I wear my shirts out. T-shirt, long-sleeved, button-up, they're all untucked.

It really depends on the context of the situation for me. If you're wearing a shirt with dress pants, tucked in, please. Otherwise, you look sloppy.

    Khakis and jeans? Out.

Unless I'm wearing a suit or going to some other function where a suit is required, it's always out.

I only tuck my shirt in for church events.

Out unless I'm wearing nicer clothes.

Well crap, I tuck my shirt in (polo and khakis) at work and I usually forget when I go out. But if I have a button up on it's always untucked.

TBR, isn't it that you go with your face not blocked from view when you're not on SportsJournalists.com?
