A University of North Dakota student was kicked out of school and forbidden from stepping on campus for three years as part of an alleged sexual assault.

The student wasn't charged, but the school won't readmit the student. The alleged victim faces an arrest warrant for making a false report and fled the state. The AP won't name her. I think the AP has a duty to name the woman in the case since the male's name is out there.

I think said man will eventually own said university in the settlement.

 

Understandable that they booted him out before the criminal investigation was completed. They have to ensure that the campus is safe.

But once he was exonerated, there's no excuse why they didn't lift the punishment.

 

Only one man owns that university. His name is Ralph Engelstad and he's dead.

I think the student has a major legal case, especially given that it's a public university. So what all did they go on, just hearsay and rumors from some woman with nothing to back it up?
