    I went to the 2004 season opener. She was taking media guides out of the cabinet to put on the shelf. I grab a Cubs one and she starts quizzing me on who I am and why I'm taking one.

    From one encounter, I got the impression she was a miserable person to deal with. And from what I've seen on this thread, I am correct.
