Do you mix milk in with your eggs when you scramble them, before you pour them in the pan?

    The bottom line is this: it really doesn't matter whether you add milk or water or not. If there is no bacon added, they are not really scrambled eggs, but rather fried eggs gone bad.

    If I added bacon to my eggs -- as much as I cook eggs for myself -- I'd weigh 300 pounds. As it is, I'm already closer to 300 than 100 and that bothers me.

    I do that occasionally, but I make spaghetti carbonara enough that I don't have to have bacon with my breakfast.
