Seeking Sports Editor — Princeton Daily Clarion

The Princeton Daily Clarion, a 5-day morning edition in Southwestern Indiana, has an immediate opening for full-time sports editor in Gibson County, Indiana. Emphasis on local prep sports, and following local athletes including Notre Dame's Jackie Young and others in their college careers. We publish Tuesday through Friday and Sunday mornings. Duties include covering three high schools with assistance from a seasoned free-lancer (retired sports editor) and sports clerk, and sports editor from our twice-weekly sister paper in Southeastern Illinois. Top candidates are organized, sharp writers who meet deadlines and are proficient in sports photography. No page design skills required.
