    Sorry, Starman, but gotta come in here and set it straight. The Belmont footage, with the exception of the infield, was shot at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington. I am absolutely, 1 bajillion percent sure, having been to Keeneland on several occasions, that everything except the infield shots, were there.

    I liked it, overall. Not as good as Seabiscuit. The thing with Secretariat is everyone knows how it ends, so you have to find SOME thread of a story that people generally don't know to get them in their seats. I also thought that the shot of him coming around that final turn with O Happy Day playing was just beautiful. Gave me goosebumps.

    Keeneland or Evangeline or Podunk Glue Factory, it was blatantly, glaringly, obviously NOT Belmont, and the climactic race scenes looked totally fake as a result.
