    Love the Faust. And there's a pretty good restaurant a couple of blocks away, in a cellar as I recall.

    Comfortable for a single person. Truth to that? absolutely.

    CNHI papers will kill your marriage. They'll buy new computers, but, and my source is excellent, if they buy you, the first thing they'll say is you're overpaid. They've a national reputation for doing that.

    Conclusion: Single and just out of college? Get a year here, enjoy the area, but not long enough to stay more than a year. Stay away from jewelry shops and ring counters and then, get out before CNHI destroys you.
