Never said this wouldn't matter, fmrsped. Sabathia out for an extended period would have a huge impact on the AL Central.

How so? If Oz started this thread (just picking out a name) after reading that story, you would have no problem with the title.

Just because someone likes Cleveland teams doesn't mean they're 'whining.'

 

Agreed, spnited. Especially with Lee out, they could be in trouble early. This is coming from a staff that has been amazingly healthy, besides C.C.'s oblique of '05, the past couple years.

They better hope their offense isn't slow out of the gate and scores 870 runs again.

There's a question mark after the word wrist in the title. That generally means it's a question, not a statement of fact.

That is a whining, poor me, boo-fucking-hoo fanboy ... whether he was an Indians fan or a Yankees fan posting about some imagined curse or a Cubs crying about Kerry Woods' latest injury (and you know there will be one of those).

It's got nothing to do with liking the Indians. It has to do with starting a new thread to whine about everything that goes wrong with Cleveland teams and there is one poster who does that consistently.

The team's initial diagnosis was that Sabathia sustained a bruised left forearm. X-rays taken at a hospital were negative, and Sabathia will be re-evaluated on Thursday.
