Russia goes to the dogs!

    And they know how to use the subway system and have developed gang mentalities?

    I have a couple suggestions:
    1) Enlist them in the army; use them as terrorist combatants.
    2) Enhance the food supply (with apologies to dog lovers, but they are on the plates of many Koreans).
    3) They're already there; make them subway security dogs.
