    Was it Harvey Kuehn and George Bamberger?

    Buck Rodgers ... who was replaced by Harvey Kuenn.

    Umm, he played in four straight games last week. Why would you think that?

    Anyone know what channel the Cubs-Dodgers game will be on tomorrow? I can't find it on my channel guide.

    Fuck, I hate it when MLB doesn't televise big games.

    TBS has all the NLDS games. Stockton & Co. are doing the Cubs-Dodgers series.

    I hear it's on between episodes of FrankTV.

    Didn't get that news, but awesome to get that bat and speed back for the Dodgers.

    Great story with Crawford, too. It's awesome he'll get to play in the post-season after his long, frustrating drought with the Devil Rays/Rays.

    And Saved by the Bell weenie's commercials for the new "hit" show...

    what a tournament:

    * both the sox

    * both the los angeleses

    * both the cubs AND the brewers

    * and a team with 10,000-plus career losses and the newbies who all of us thought would lose 10,000 times before ever making the playoffs.

    as for the winner ...

    los angeles -- the only los angeles that truly matters in los angeles.

    Sorry, Xan, but the Dodgers aren't going to get past the Cubbies.

    I object to the use of PeeWee's Playhouse in this thread title.
    In sports, it is the exclusive domain of any arena Ben Braun is coaching in.

    I know he's the only starter that wouldn't be pitching on short rest, but I hope that Ozzie does not put Vazquez in the rotation. I hope he goes Buehrle-Floyd-Danks.
