Because I'm a curious sort, I looked up what the playoff teams (and as of this posting, Colorado is considered a playoff team so I added them into the mix) did against each other.

Yanks and Cleveland played six times. Yanks won all six games.
Red Sox took six-of-ten from the Angels.
Arizona won four-of-six against the Cubs.
Philly took four-of-seven from the Padres/Paders, while losing four-of-seven to the Rockies.

And they can't even get that right.
Prediction: Coors plus Colorado equals Rockies win. Pads had chance to do it Sunday and choked.

And no, I haven't set my postseason travel plans yet. I'm waiting on Monday. :)

4 people picked the Cubs? That's some sort of attempt at humor, right?

Well, I couldn't pick the Cardinals. They're playing golf right now.

Padres have Peavy going. I ain't betting against them, that's for sure.

    In Coors, though.

    Against the scalding hot Rockies.

I'll check the Vegas line, but it reeks of a pick 'em to me...

Tomorrow is where Holliday distances himself from the others in the NL MVP discussion. If he comes up big, it will be a tough pick.

Webb is the only guy to beat the Rocks in two weeks. He did it in Denver. Peavy is better than Webb. ... I like the Pads. :)

Rockies have won a sickening 13 of their last 14.

Peavy's great, but the Rockies are so hot right now.
If I knew a bookie, I'd put some cash on the Rockies.

Close on the name, HB. But I was gone all day. And in every other World-Series post this season, I've said the Mets would lose to the Red Sox in the late October/November. I voted for the Red Sox for no reason other than I picked them in March, and I'm sticking with my guns. Hey, I've got to be right on something sooner or later.

Best pitcher in baseball right now. And the Padres get to hit in Coors, too....against Josh Fogg.
