    I'd like to second the Sailor Jerry nod. That stuff is great. Smoother than Captain, and stronger, too.

    Exactly...Another plus I forgot to mention...it's 92 proof instead of Captain's 70

    Hmmm...I'll drink Captain anytime anywhere, but this sounds intriguing. Also a big fan of Captain Morgan Black (100 proof, IIRC).

    I really like dark/spiced rum, but just don't drink it a lot. But that being said, I drank so damn much of it while I was in the Dominican, I'm probably good until about July 2014.

    On the bourbon tip, though, there's a new brand out there called Angel's Envy. I'm dying to try it.

    I like Wild Turkey, Woodford, Knob Creek and Old Forrester better than Maker's Mark.

    Partial to Gosling's Black Seal Rum myself.

    Not the worst I've had but not great. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
