Ross Perot Jr. vs. Mark Cuban

    Ross Perot Jr. owns 5 percent of the Dallas Mavericks. He's claimed in multiple lawsuits that Cuban, basically, is a horrible owner and should have the team taken from him.

    Cuban's attorney filed a brief in the most recent lawsuit today. And it's kind of awesome.

    Ross Perot Jr. is an idiot. He bought some land near where my family has farmed for the last three generations (some of it bordered a property owned by one of my cousins) and spent the better part of three years in court battling over his being required to grant a right-of-way to his neighbors. In rural West Texas, this kind of behavior can get you shot.
