    I agree, but based on the what I have read so far I'd give it as much credence as a Boots story.

    But there is plenty of room for people not believing her, whether he is innocent or not, because there are no criminal charges and because of all the aliases. When I hear that somebody has aliases, it doesn't exactly inspire trust.

    Because she brought the suit, which means it was voluntary on her part.

    I suspect the reasoning for not naming in criminal complaints is that being assaulted isn't voluntary.

    Maybe they were the other employees she tried to call to fix the TV, who could have saved her from the issue.
